Just a wonderful hotel, 10meters from the beach. Free buffet breakfast, free internet. The family that runs this hotel are so gracious and willing to give there advice etc... We had a wonderful time with them. Anyways, we arrived by ferry from Ios, they do not have port transfer, but if you know exactly where they are (we kinda did) you could walk in about 10 minutes. We took almost 30, but got given vague directions at the port. So, the hotel sits at St. George beach. Pretty beach, but I swear there was 5 elementary schools on a field trip at this beach. We spent the rest of our beach time down the road at Prokopios beach. We really had a blast on Prokopios. Bars, cafes, supermarkets, gyros stands. We hung on that beach for an entire day. Naxos is connected by buses to anywhere you want to go. The buses run around 1.60 euro. We had a private double with bathroom for 42 euro a night. To me, not a bad price for 2 people.
