fm/21/canadian desperately wanting to go to russia in possible late may or early june 2004. I want to see moskov and st. petersburg--and spend one week in each. I don't want to go on a tour group thing otherwise i would not be posting here. I have been to europe 2wice before--farthest been to is ukraine.

So anyways--if anyone is looking for a travel partner--or can give me any tips suggestions--anything is welcome.

welcome to the boards. Can't really give you much advice except to say look at an earlier post about obtaining a Russian Visa. I'll be heading to Europe in Feb 2004 and probably hitting Russia for around 3-4 weeks around May sometime depending on how the rest of my travels go.

I'll be organising my visa whilst in Europe, probably in Estonia as from what I've read thats the best place to get a Rusian Visa in Europe - guess time will tell on that one..hehe...Hope your trip goes well
