Italy, Spain May/June 2004

I will be in Florence May 12, will visit Italy for about 4-5 days. I will then make my way by rail to Spain, probably Barcelona. I would like to meet some other travellers if you're in the area. I'm pretty outdoorsy I guess, so I'll more than likely be camping, but hostelling or even a hotel or two are fine with me. This is a trip on the cheap. My only obligations are to visit Salamanca and see my sister and would like to take in a bullfight. I'm basically getting on a train and going to Spain, pretty open-ended, not too much structure going on here. If you've been, and have any suggestions, or will be there during these times, would like to meet and share tapas and some wine, beer, let me know. slimkid2@hotmail.com

I'm going to be backpacking/hosteling... etc. for two weeks in spain, starting around the 8th or 9th of June. I'm the outdoorsy type too, but I won't have any camping gear with me, so hostels and monestaries are the way for me.... I have no itinerary except that I need to be in Avignon by the 22nd, and I'd like to check out southern spain mostly, and then work my way up the east coast in a SADLY short amount of time ... but its gonna be AWESOME neway, so if you're interested in maybe meeting up, let me knows... I would especially love a hiking partner since I'm a first timer
