Not really a hostel, but when everything is full, its a cool place... Seriously, its passed the end of the road... You have to walk the beach a bit to get to it...
$20 private rooms, only..
restaurant and bar... Cool German owner...
Nothing for free except the hammocks and books....
But HOT showers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a little hidden gem. My only concern is, with all of the stories on being robbed and stabbed in Nica, how safe is that little walk on the beach at night if you're coming back from a day trip into the city?

Well, as with anywhere you have to be cautious.... But this is indeed a very small beach city...
I did do some skinny dipping there, felt safe... But like I always say, this is Nica........
