IF your treking through Cuba and your looking for a place to crash, check for this logo on peoples doors. This logo lets you know that there is a LEGAL room for rent in that home. Cuban can rent upto 2 rooms in their home to trav'las. They pay a service fee for being able to do this, as well as another fee depending on the location.

If ya can't find one, ask a kid on the street to help you, in towns and cities, the locals know best! ( don't forget to give a small tip to anyone who gives you a small hand)


Prices vary anywhere from 10$ US to 35$ US depending on where you are in the country
