Default Need feed back on gear

so, i've been trying to build my camping gear back up. i need to get a tent, a sleeping bag and a water filtration system.

this is what i'm looking at so far.

Tents:

Sierra Designs Lightning - $249

Sierra Designs Sirius - $150

Sleeping bags:

Sierra Designs Stargazer - $172

and i have no idea what type of water filter to get.

any suggestions or has anyone else used this gear before?

thanx!

i've got a sierra designs bag and I love it. It's very comfy. Their tents are solid as well.

For filtration I would get either that new MSR one
http://www.msrcorp.com/filters/pump_free.asp
or any other MSR one.

I've just bought a Sierra Designs Baku 2 which is pretty similar to the lightning and I'm pretty impressed so far. So ridiculously light, I love it.
