For those of you that have ordered anything from NorthernMountain.com, especially the Dana Design Swift Traveler '04, how long did it take to get it? I'm a bit pissed, I ordered my pack on Dec. 18th and I still don't have it. I'm leaving on the 19th so this is kinda important. I'm getting a bit pissed off here. And its impossible to get a straight answer outta these guys on when my pack shipped, they only give vague answers like "last week," or "you'll get it soon."
Its being shipped to an overseas military address so the shipping tracker doesn't show anything, understandable, but I know it takes 7-11 days for packages to get here, and its been far longer than that. They're using this as an excuse for the package to take so damn long, bad excuse.
Anyways, I'm ranting now. So anyone have any experience with them?
