Im taking some suggestions on backpacks. Im going to need a big pack, studying a semester in Spain then spending a few months afterwards to travel around. I have looked at the Eagle Creek Ultimate Explorer and the Marmont Eiger 55, i really like them both but im not sure if the eagle creek would be too big, or if the Marmot, too small. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I just got an Osprey Waypoint. I haven't used it for any real distance yet, but it has great features, like a detachable daypack and a strap system which lets you rreally cinch the whole thing down if it is less than 2/3 full, leaving lots of room for souveniers/wine!
