Where are there areas of stunning cliffs, bays, and, or majestic peaceful scenery in China, Japan, and Thailand?

There are some fantastic cliffs, rock pillars and the like in Thailand, off the coast of Phuket and Koh Phi Phi. Do a search for 'James bond Island' for example to see some pics. Also, Krabi, in southern Thailand has lots of sea cliffs and is a big rock climbing haven.
