Talking

Hey all
No word from me for a while coz I've been in the mountain provinces of Luzon, Philippines...
-slipping around the smooth rock formations and ice clear water deep underground in the Sagada caves
-blissing out in hot springs in Mainit
-getting sore assmarks from being bounced around on the metal racks riding 'topside' on a jeepney on some of the roughest and most picturesque roads around
-hiking around incrediblly green rice terraces and natural waterfalls
-eating bad papaya first thing on the morning of a reaaaly long bus trip (NOT a good idea, spent the first half of trip spewing it all back up again, yuk)
-eating marinated pigs ears with San Mig at a bar
-just eating the masses of fantastic food they have here!

In Manila now, anyone up for a beer?

Thanks for the update Ana! Are you in Bagio? It's been a long time, but I remember visiting there....it was the only place in the P.I. that got a bit chilly !

I got a bunch of cousins there, and if they were members of this community, they'd be up for a beer with you !
