i was initially planning a one month trip to eastern europe this summer with a rough budget of £800, im coming from the UK so the flights are cheap. My mate im travelling with has suggested thailand now instead. The cheapest flight i can find is for about 500ish (june-july time). Is it viable to survive out there on £300, a little bit more if needed for a approx a month. I also haven't done much research yet on thailand, so can anyone tell me where to go etc. Im looking for lively places, bars etc some of the time as i am 19, however i dont wanna be anywhere too commerical for long periods
