OK.. I'm gonna be in Pak/India from mid July to Late August with a friend.. and i was just wonderin if anyone else wud be about at that time.. and if they fancied travellin with us for a bit? Local travel and accommodation expenses would be covered.. and no im not a freak who will try to harrass u or anything like that.. My dad lives there so everything kinda get arranged before hand and i end up not having to pay for much.. I'll DEFINATELY be up in the northern areas if anyone fancies that..

I will almost definitely be going to Pakistan and India this summer but probably not until September/October time. I currently plan to leave the UK in July and hitchhike to Iran, spend 2 or 3 weeks doing a roadtrip around the country with an Iranian friend and then go to Pakistan, possibly via Afghanistan but that would be decided much nearer the time. I'd be very interested to hear about your plans though.

That's actually pretty tempting, I need to take 3-4 weeks off this summer and I have a bunch of possibilities in mind. I'll definitely add Pakistan and India to my list...it would be awesome to see it with someone who has a little bit of local knowledge, or at least some contacts! It'll take me another month or two to really figure out what I'm going to do though.
