Laos
 

Hey guys

Ive more or less decided I'm going to spend 2 weeks in Laos on my way to Aus this October.

I have been to Thailand before and all over people were saying how wonderful Laos is.:cool:

All across Thailand it is fairly easy to buy travel tickets at any port or tourist point, however I am wondering if it the same in Laos?

Are travel agents easy to come across in Laos?
Also does Loas have "all in one" tickets or have agents who buy Train tickets a few days in advance just like in Thailand?

Also your help with itinery would be greatly appreciated. :) I would be starting off in BKK.

I want to see Louangprabang, Vientane, and travel south along the river or by bus and stay in the bamboo houses.
