anyone done one? am looking at doing a ten day one (preferably shorter like 5 days but can be flexible) in thailand, preferably in the south or not too far from bangkok. northern thailand is a possiblity but with time restrains could only do 5-7 days to allow for travel.
any advice or tips would be lovely
