Borocay is supposed to be one of the nicest beaches in the world. My cousins visit there regularly and my bro tells me that he was in heaven while vacationing there.
He'd be laying on the beach and woman locals will come up and give you a massage for $3 bucks an hour (yeah that's right, three bucks!).
If I'm not mistaken, that's where former Philippine first lady Imelda Marcos had whit sand shipped in from Australia by the freight load.
Baguio City is located on top of the mountain and is pretty cool.
My cousins took me to one of those chicken fights way back when I was there, where they tape razor blades to their feet and have the chickens battle it out to the finish. Stuff you don't see growing up in the US of A. Sounds horrid, I know, but "When in Rome...."
It's been ages since I've been there and much has changed since then, but I believe that there will be no shortage of things to do or see that are off the beaten path.
Have fun
