San Francisco: EXPRESS
I can't think of another city where one is as free to express themselves without taking too much shit for it. Unless you're a Republican

Columbia - planned
It's literally a planned city... Everything is very... neat, I suppose. Even the way everything is layed out (laid out?). Like there's downtown and it has the mall and restaurants and everything is so neat and organized and has it's own place and the people who live in Wilde Lake go to Wilde Lake High (where Edward Norton graduated from, btw), and if you live in Long Reach you go to Long Reach High and it's very... neat.
Maybe the word should be neat instead?

Galway (any Irish city really) Loaded, as in intoxicated on something or other, nothing to do with money. That's to obvious though so I'll say - chilled.

Ashland Oregon = HIPPY (these days its more of the 'trust-fund-only-organic' hippies than the authentic ones.)
