Pot roast, lumpy mashed potatoes & gravy, grilled asparagus with garlic butter, my aunt's cornbread with homemade apple butter, a big piece of chocolate cake with chocolate ice cream - comfort food. And to take the edge off...A couple top-shelf long island iced teas and a VERY LARGE top-shelf margarita - on the rocks WITH salt!

I actually did this once with some friends, we had a last meal party (I think we got the idea from Seinfeld?)
Here was mine:

Some nice bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
French Onion soup
Caesar salad
Xtra large/thick Ribeye medium rare with garlic mashed red potatoes and French green beans lightly cooked in butter/garlic
Fresh baked hot chocolate chip cookies with milk
A bottle of Bombay Sapphire and Tonic and limes.

It would have been a little different if I was not paying for it maybe, but it was still pretty good.

Yes, when you go to a bar top shelf is the good stuff and well is the generic stuff.
