so now I'm thinking that maybe you SHOULD stay in San Diego, because if you moved up here we'd both balloon up to about 300 pounds with all this asian food enabling going on. but we'd be happy! hahahahaa!

no, we wouldn't balloon - we'd have eachother for exercise partners too! BUT i found out a few nights ago, it'd be spokane we'd move to, not seattle. i love to enable, in so many ways. ha!

aaack! Joanie! as much as I'd love to have you only 300 miles away from here, believe me when I tell you that you Do Not Want to live in Spokane! I'm sure it's better than some places in the country, like, oh, let's say Detroit (sorry, Sijuki.) But it's no San Diego and it sure as hell isn't Seattle. It's Mulletville meets wanna-be Yuppieville (yes, I did just say "wanna-be" yuppieville-- you'd understand if you went there), with a little bit of Republicanville thrown in for not-so-good measure.
can you tell I lived there? it hurts me to admit that...

well, she's your EX-- so that pretty much speaks for itself doesn't it! haha
Spokane is desperately trying to be the Seattle of the arid eastern/central Washington area, but to say that it fails miserably is to not really fully appreciate the spectacular grandeur of its podunk-ness.
That being said I've heard there are a couple of people who actually may like living there. I'm pretty sure there are rubber rooms with their names on them some time in the future.

haha - mulletville!
not that it's any of my business, but i'm actually trying to discourage my bf from going to wsu out there - he's thinking of landscape arch. BUT i don't think he'd actually like it as a career (haha - i know that must sound bad) - he doesn't realize he'd mainly be inside of doors anyway, maybe not even fun colored pencil type layout stuff either, blah. i hope he just does cultural studies here at sdsu.
