I went out last night. And came home and drank 3 full glasses of water. Woke up feeling fine! Though if I forget to do that crucial step that I end up feeling like shit for the rest of the day and nothing works.

B) a huge glass of coidial preferably red or orange before going to bed works wonders. First thing in the morning is not as good but better than nothing! B)

I always take a few ibuprofin and a with a glass of water before bed. It usually helps take the edge off of the hangover.

I'll agree with Beta... I come home and depending on my level of drunkeness. I take between 2 and 5 advil with a large glass of water and usually a couple crackers or cookies and fall fast asleep. I usually wake up about 4-6 hours later well rested. Then you round up all your hungover friends and go get a nice big omelette for breakfast, or go to work. Work more often then breakfast.

SJK, I'm down with that! That's usually my plan of action too. Something super greasy for breakfast

Man, I can't even look at a bottle of beer the next day .

Nothing to new to add I just try to get some water and advil in me before bed but that only happens when im not drunk enough to need them a whole lot but i like a little hangover, reminds me how much fun the night before was, if i wake up feeling too good, probably wasnt as good a night as it could have been

" I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day."
---Frank Sinatra

I love this quote and quite fitting for the topic

If you're ever in dire straits the next day, try some Pedialyte. Good for rehydrating. Use only in case of emergency.

LOL OKAY TUI I've heard the 'more beer' thing before but I've never trusted it enough to try it. Friends say yes, friends say no..I go for water and bread (lotsa water before bed!). Yes a delight for the taste buds I know I know. I do believe you on the weed bit though.

honestly, Ive tried all methods listed above, and I find that CD and Dio got the right idea about lots of water. I usually toke up early in the morning, and then get cotton mouth really bad and guzzle down a couple glasses of water. Even wothout pot, water works wonders. :D

and about the beer thing... the first time I was in London (7 years ago) I got so blasted the first 4 days that I kept a couple bottles by my bed and throughout the night would randomly crack one open, chug it at mach 3 and was fast asleep in no time, maybe I was young at the time, but it worked, I would wake ready to tackle the world
