Well there you are, a budget trav'la treking about, then all of a sudden your get a grumble in your stummy..but what to do, you can't find a market to buy anything, your frugle ways will not let you eat at a restaurant...Then you see it, the big red cross atop the hospital, all hospitals have cafeterias for employees and visitors..and its cheap eats, go on in and chow down, and know that your cheap ass can afford it!!!!
This same trick can work at College or University cafeterias as well, even a high school, but talk to the principle before you try that one.
