Ibiza?

What are your thoughts and/or stories about Ibiza, Spain; ranked by some the hottest nightlife scene in Europe.

Haven't been there myself; didn't want to spend the money but I have heard a whole range of reactions to it: some said it was the best few days of their lives; some said it wasn't worth it for how expensive the whole scene is; other said it was worth the expense for a once in a lifetime couple of days there....

So how much you like to party is the main consideration I guess....

I guess I should add that I don't regret not going. Believe me, you can party pretty much anywhere in Europe and definitely in mainland Spain.

well i lived there a couple of years ago for a few months during the season, it is by far one of my favourite places in the world and not just because of the party scene although it happens to be a bonus if you are into clubbing and good djs. It really expensive there though, not uncommon to spend 18euros on a jd and coke in manumission nowadays!

I agree with Beergal.. its AMAZING if youre into clubbing and know your Eric Marillo from your Mauro Picotto.

But if youre not then you would probably stick to the west end which is like every other Spanish resort.

However if you are open minded you could come back well and truley converted!!
