Hostel of the Sun, Napoli, Italy
So I've been super lazy posting this but here we go.
I loved this hostel!!! If you are using Napoli as a gateway to the Islands off the coast like Capri, Ischia, or to go to Pompeii etc... This is a great place. A bit hard to find at first, but just ask one local and you will get there quick. Literally located right on the Porto Beverello, you can walk right out of the hostel and get on a ferry. See pic. The rooms were fine and clean. Basic breakfast, and they give you a key to get in and out after hours. They have computer access, and tons of travel info. The front desk crew was superb, and I totally recommend this hostel. Very reasonably priced etc... Check out a few picks.
This is just how close the Porto Beverello is, view from my room
This is my room. Basic, and clean. Did have a fan and TV. The Bathrooms seemed very clean as well with hot water etc....

Awesome Marc! I almost went to Naples JUST for that hostel. It gets incredible reviews from everyone so I think I will find myself there next March when my sister visits me on Spring break. How was the neighborhood? I have heard Napoli can be a bit dangerous (at least by Euro standards).

I will honestly tell you to totally watch your shit. The amount of people and traffic is like a game of Frogger. There were hustlers on every corner selling the same cameras and cell phones they stole a few minutes earlier. Napoli is known for pick pockets etc... but oh my god, just walking around this area for hours was the best time. Seriousllllllly. It was truly amazing. Just be smart, and you will be fine.
