Uh, I think I-90 to I-82 through Yakima into Oregon-- specifically, Hermiston-- then you get on I-84 and follow that through fuck-all nothing into southern Idaho and into Utah. I think you merge onto I-15 south at Ogden and continue down that towards Arizona, and voila-- Zion National Park.
It's easier to go that way than I-5 into California.
