Girona airport to Barcelona????

Hey everyone yeah i need help AGAIN!
I went and booked a flight from the uk to
Girona ( Barcelona) not realising that Girona is actually about an hour from Barcelona, has anyone flown to Girona before and headed to Barcelona if so can you let me know how you got there from the airport, train or bus or what was the go. Cheers.

It's easy. I did it last spring. There's a bus ticket counter right inside the airport-- just buy a ticket to Barcelona, I think it's less than 10 euros. The bus will drop you right in the center of town, just a little east of the main Plaza.

Yup, it's dirt cheap - I believe it's run by RyanAir...

Yep, its run for the Ryanair flights so there's always a bus to/from the airport when u arrive/depart.
But what I wanted to add was, if u have time, check out Gerona too. I only ended up there by accident, arrived at the airport late at night and couldn't be bothered going to Barcelona straight away, but I ended up staying for four days. Such a beautiful little town, and the complete opposite of the mad rush of Barcelona. Definately one of my favourite five places, so try to stop for a look. You can catch a train to Barcelona from Gerona, takes about an hour and, while I can't remember exactly how much it cost it was definately cheap.

take ryan airs shuttel and bye the return ticket i was on it 3 weeks ago, also make sure u remember where u get off it can get confusing. make sure u check out the erotic show at the club new york lol a great laugh

Make sure you grab a schedule for the return trip, and also a lot of the time if you buy a return ticket (cheaper) you should know that they are only valid for 7 days... not that they often care ( I get away with more all the time ) but just in case.
