Totally... you can definitely be a baller with that budget. My advice would be to pretend like you only have 2500, then buy something REALLY AWESOME to bring home Like I dunno, a Spanish guitar or a Flemish painting or an authentic English boardsword, or an Spartan sword from Greece, or holy water blessed by the Pope, or an everlasting French baguette, or an perhaps some moulins from the Moulin Rouge.
But you get the idea
