Hey guys
Doing a whirlwind of a tour with a couple friends who don't have a lot of time here. The plan so far....
Lisbon -> Lagos -> Seville, Spain -> Gibraltar -> Madrid ->Barcelona
After Barcelona we're splitting up because I'm heading to Chamonix to do some snowboarding (plane from barcelona to geneva...shuttle geneva chamonix..?). My question is, does this make sense? Is there a cheap way to jump around these cities? Will I need to book stuff in advance or can I pretty much wing it while we're there? If anyone has had experience travelling between these places I'd love to hear about it. I'd love info about overnight trains if possible because it's always good saving a litle $$ on accomodation
I imagine there might be overnight trains from Gibraltar to Madrid, and Madrid to Barcelona...but I don't know. Are buses out of the question?
A million questions, I apologize...but basically any info about modes of cheap transportation between these places is greatly appreciated. I've looked up the train lines and what not, but I'd love to hear your experiences.
Thanks!
