I want to get from Frankfurt to Belgrade on June 27. I can get a cheap flight as far as vienna. Any ideas on getting the rest of the way without spending a fortune ...

You could try a car share. Post a notice in a few hostles around town and see if you get any bites. Normally you should just share on gas, maybe a little extra for the car owner. Also, check the local papers and see if anyone has placed an ad for a shared ride in your direction. It would work out pretty cheap I would think. I had a friend who made his way from France to the Middle East this way. you would have a horse shoe up ur ass if you got a ride all the way to Belgrade, but at least you migh be able to head in that general direction.

( FYI , if the other person or people have a creepy laugh, think twice!)

cheapest flight i can find from frankfurt to belgrade is £160, i dont know how much you are paying for you ticket to vienna. Another alternative might be trying to get as far as Budapest with your flight and then head down by train or coach to Belgrade.
