hiya its my first time in paris, i wanna know how to go from paris to calais..eurostar is quite expensive so i think ill take the ferry instead..can anyone tell me in details? (cost, time,)etc.. ta

The ferry's definitely a cheaper way to go than Eurostar, but it also takes a good long while to make the crossing.. I don't know much about 'em, but my usual recommendation for the London/Paris hop is to find a budget flight...

I'm assuming you mean a ferry crossing from the UK to Calais, because Paris is landlocked and you can't take a ferry there...

The Dover-Calais ferry isn't that expensive, but you'll have to get yourself from London to Dover and then from Calais to Paris. Check out http://www.nationalexpress.com, I think they have coach service from London to Paris via the Chunnel.

hmm you mean i cant go from calais to dover? coz this is my itinery paris-london-brussel-paris... need some help here..

Yes, you CAN go from Calais to Dover. Those are the two points for the ferry & chunnel crossings across the English Channel. The way your first post was worded it sounded like you wanted to take a ferry from Paris to Calais, which isn't possible (and is also redundant).
