Hi and welcome. I'm going to try my best to help, but I have no basis in my information except for what I'm reading and find on websites, so... use information at your own risk.

This is Croatia to/from Italy (ferry). Not sure exactly what your question is...

Ferry site 1

Here's another site on Croatia/Italy.

Again, haven't been to Greece yet, so I cannot vouch on behalf of any transport system.
Here's a link to a website for some transportation.

This is the main site for tourism in Greece. I'm sure they'll have lots of great links.

Remember if the site isn't in English, to look around for a US/Brit/Can flag .

Hope this helps a little.

I think theres 2 main ferrys that depart from Italy and go to Petras Greece. One is from Brindisi, Italy and takes 8 hours. And the other is from anconda and takes like 20 hours. With the eurorail pass the one from anconda is free, and the one from brindisi is 50% off.

Not exactly sure on any of this information, its just what I remember from research of my last trip.

I've traveled by bus in Greece and it's fine. Might be a tad difficult figuring out which stop is yours if you don't speak the language or read Greek letters. Of course, you could do what I do and just ask the driver to let you know when you get to your stop. I don't believe they have many overnight buses traveling between cities in Greece, but I would check that. It's been a number of years since I've been there.

Istanbul is a great city to travel to...I had no problem there. I highly recommend it.

Feel free to shoot with any other questions...
