Travelling by air within Venezuela

I'm planning on going to Venezuela this summer, July, to do a 2 week volunteer program, in the Southeast region near the border of Guyana and Brasil. I was wondering if anyone knows where i can find flights within Venezuela because I plan on going there a week in advance to Caracas and then fly or bus to Puerto Ordaz (the meeting location of the volunteer camp).

I dont know anything about flights within venzuela but the bus system in south america is really good!
