I've actually bought all my EU tickets off them. I have to say that they got me better deals than I could find elsewhere - particularly when I first joined like 2 years ago. They do charge you like a ~75 yearly membership fee - but in my experience, I more than made that up in savings.
Now, I haven't comparison-shopped lately, though, so I can't say if they still offer the best deals by far?
