stupid question.
i have the unlimited tow month railpass and i was wondering if i could use it for local subways or is it only good for long distances?

it doesn't work on subway systems, unfortunately. have fun!!

yeah, its just for the trains. It doesn't have to be just long distance, but thats where you're going to save the most money.

Espeically with the overnight trains! That way you don't waste your day on the train and you don't have to worry about finding a place to sleep. Just make sure you reserve a day or 2 in advance!
