I was looking through a train schedule and noticed that Bratislava wasn't listed. So I tried booking a train from Bratislava to Krakow on RailEurope.com and was told that this route was not yet available. Does Rail Europe not cover Bratislava? I went there once but I had taken a bus from Germany and didn't deal with trains....

I think it does but if for some reason it doesn't, just get a ticket in Vienna (just a few miles away)

I had a look into RailEurope, and yes Bratislava is there. However, no direct line exists between Krakow and Bratislava, you'd have to transit twice. Total of about 6 hours 30 minutes, $75.
