Try easyjet or ryanair. They both have cheap flights. For Ryanair you will have to fly to Eindhoven and take the 18 euro bus (less than 2 hours) to A-dam. Easyjet flies direct.
You can also try eurolines.com and see if there are any buses cheap enough. The chunnel trains is not cheap and cost US$ 100 if you have a rail pass. Then you have to take a 3 hour train from brussels to get to a-dam.
