The SR-71 pic was from New York. They have a cool museum there where you can go aboard an actual decomissioned nuclear submarine and an old aircraft carrier - complete with lots of different planes. I was like a kid at a candy store, came back with about 150 photos from a 3 hour visit there.
Oh, and I'm trying to find where I got the vodka picture, because that's going to be my birthday present to myself...I've been sober far too long this quarter.

yeah that quote is from one of his essays, though I've lost track of which one. I just remembered reading it a few years ago in a phil class I took for fun and it ended up being one of my favorite quotes. Candide was great, I wish Voltaire and Machiavelli had written more for me to read. I can't find any modern writing that compares with the good old stuff.

Kettle one is to taste.... but that kind of stuff is to collect! I have a collection of interesting bottles of booze. Its just starting out... but a few collectors edition bottles, some from other countries, etc.

I have a collection of foregin beer bottles I am starting. Of course they are all empty because I am on a mission to try as many beers from around the world as I can get my hands on. Of course I could do beers from michigan and probably take just as long, we seem to have an abundance of microbrews.
Which is a hobby I would love to get into. Anyone up for a Sijuki Beer?
