thanks again everyone..
voyd.. i'm there with you on the balance thing... and you are so right abt that "asian thang"!!
my friends back in the philippines wouldn't believe that i've been to OZ without seeing a pic with me in it..
just an observation...i think the most enthusiastic tourists are the japanese... and they love to take photos!!! well, at least i think so..
another thing.. i'm just wondering how come i didn't get to meet many north americans in OZ.. most of the people in my room and the people i've met were all from europe except for a couple of canadian dudes who were very very cool people!! i guess, most of them travel to europe, yeah?
the topless chicks made me stay in the beach the whole fuckin' day!!! we don't get this from where i come from so it was a pretty amazing sight to behold!!
it's a bit of a culture shock in some ways.... damn, i miss bondi!! btw, which beach (excluding nudist beach?) in the world has the most number of topless women?? i'm just curious
rozza, thanks but i'm no professional...far from it, in fact!! it was my first digital cam which i got just a couple of days before i left.. i read the manual on the plane and tried to play with it.. although i own a SLR cam so i'm kinda familiar on how the camera works.. i think..
hey cd and iamlindoro.. thank you guys!!! my camera is nothing fancy... i think it's just a regular one although you can do your own settings.. like the shutter speed and aperture..what's your cam?
i figured that with a digital cam, it's so much easier to get good pictures because you can instantly check out the result and delete it if you dont like it.. it was more of a trial and error thing.. ...for the night shots, i usually have the shutter speed set to abt 10-15 seconds... in some of the pics, i used the pre-set camera setting.... but the bottomline is for night shots you have to definitely have a long exposure to expose the pic properly...it also depends on the amt of light in your subject.. and this obviously requires a tripod.. not sure if i'm making any sense and i'm not really comfortable giving tips cause i'm no expert but this is what i did.. hope it helps!! i'm sure you'll be taking some awesome pics as well!!
