Yeah signs of flooding are everywhere outside downtown/french quarter. I saw tons of houses with piles of crap in the front yards and abondoned. There are still water lines 10 FEET high on the side of India House.
I also walked the 3 miles from Bourbon St to India House and saw lots of personal belonging along the sidewalk. I saw books, CD's, clothes, pictures, etc just laying on the ground. It was crazy.
