Just thought I'd put up a few photos from my year here at Bates College, Lewiston, ME before I head home in a month. A little glimpse at just a little bit of Maine.

Sunset over Acadia National Park:

Popham Beach and sunset on Mt. David, a small lil' hill that we have on campus:

More Popham Beach - who killed the kitty? :P :

Range Pond state park, took a nice 11 mile bike ride from campus with my hippie environmentalist friends, haha:

Maine has snow, but not too much last year! Still beautiful though.

It's so pretty! I have been to Maine a lot and it has a beautiful coast line.

Thanks guys!

It can be really really really nice here, and I hope you get great weather for your roadtrip, Ladaz! We've been getting a lot of rain, but hopefully the sun will shine on you. Hoping to go camping next weekend, maybe I'll get some good pics there.

Yeah, I'm hoping for great weather as well since I'll mostly be hiking and rafting. But I remember the freak thunder and lightning storms we had all summer long the summer I lived there. I've never seen such dramatic weather changes in my life.

The camp I worked at had a strict policy that if it started raining, everyone was to run to the nearest building and stay put until the storm passed no matter what. All because one year someone was hit by lightning while passing by the tennis courts on their way back to their cabin! How crazy!
