I am looking for the cheapest place to get passport photos. I am in Atlanta and the cheapest I have found is $10 for 2 which is pretty bad. Any ideas?

I don't know about any places specifically but Walgreens and Sears are two places I know of.

10 bucks is probably the average you're going to find. I think at Walgreen's it's like 8.95 plus tax, which comes out to about 10 bucks. I hope this doesn't sound mean (I'm not trying to be), but if you're worrying about $10 for passport photos, how are you going to afford a plane ticket??

I got mine done cheap (don't remember exactly how much) at Kinko's.. surprisingly, the staff weren't as incompetent and apathetic as usual.

I got mine done at Kinko's for my first passport and they charged me $17! I paid it though because I was in a hurry-- somehow I'd managed to lose my other passport photos and I was on my way to the office for the interview thingie, so I needed it done ASAP.

I got the plane ticket already! I am just asking this as a general way to lower future budgets. I have my passport I just need some extra photos for visas while abroad (on my future trip). Every penny counts when you want to travel for at LEAST a year. 8.95 is better than 11 at Kinkos here. Thats 2 bux per set and I think I will need 4 sets so $8 is pretty good. That's $8 more for the trip! You can be nickel and dime'd to death if you are not careful!
Thanks for the input guys!

I know I hate them, but check out Walgreens... if you have them. It was like $5 for me. I got two.

Sorry bud, that is the UK. The U.S. likes to charge for those things. We have like 6 passport offices in the country. My closest is Chicago. We got to the Post Office and they charge and arm for some pictures too. Bloody disgruntles.
