So Im leaving on my trip to Europe on Monday and I just read some countries need your passport to expire 6 months after your stay. But it had a list of countries passport rules and none or them said it that i will be visiting. WHAT DO I DO?

Your post is a little unintelligible, but I think I get the jist. Just renew your passport before you go, it doesnt take much time. Fill out a form at the post office and you send in your passport for a new one, I believe. If you're already overseas and havent been turned away you should be fine, but I'd just get it renewed... If you only have a bit of time you can get it expedited for an additional fee.

^ But he/she is leaving on their trip on Monday...

Dude, I don't know what to tell you since your departure is so soon. I guess it depends on where you're flying into! You can probably apply for a passport extension or a new one altogether if you absolutely have to while you're over there, just go to a U.S. Embassy.

It'd be better if we had more information...such as:

When does your passport expire?

What country is your first destination?

How long will you stay in that country before going to the next?

Finally, what other countries do you plan on visiting?

The best bet to make sure would be contact the embassy of each country you are going to visit. They will tell you straight up and accurately.

Assuming you are a U.S. citizen the quickest you can get a new passport is within 2 weeks

Otherwise, check this site out:

Just click "country (mm/dd/yyyy)"
Look for the sub heading: "ENTRY/EXIT REQUIREMENTS"

My suggestion would be to visit a Passport Agency where you can get your passport the same day you apply. I went to the one in Chicago yesterday at 11:30 and had my passport in hand at 3 pm. Just make sure you make an apointment before you go. There are agencies in the following cities: Chicago, Boston, Norwalk, CT; Honolulu, Houston, LA, Miami, New Orleans, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, D.C. and Charleston. There is a an expediate fee of around $60.

So I went into Boston and got a Passport in like 1 hour. Thank God I did this because they said if your passport expires 6 months after your trip, its no good. It sure would have been a bummer to have arrived at the airport and not gone to europe. So for anyone else who has a passport expiring soon, renew it! Thanks Travel Punkers! You saved my trip!
