Wow I thought I already posted in this thread....Most of you already know that I live in the Dominican Republic. I own a small business in the rental industry. My company currently owns seven condos and I rent them out to tourists for their vacations. I live in one of the apartments, so that leaves six to fill up throughout the year with renters.

I bought a house. It is a single family home on a pretty quiete street about 20 miles north of Boston. I am out in the burbs in the same town that I grew up in. I got it as a fixer upper and I have done plenty of that in the last year since I bought it. It's a cool little house though with some great features and I will probably stay around here for another few years.

I live in a 2br 2ba apt. with a roomie. We pay 595 total, so its hella cheap. (Oh god, I can't believe I just typed hella!).

Its a pretty good location on public transportation to downtown. Plus the price lets me save a bunch for traveling!

I rent a one bedroom right behind the bars/campus. It's like 660 a month but definitly worth the convience factor. Unfortunately, the straglers I get on my couch don't pay me money
