I was wondering if there is one bank that has lower ATM fees when using it in Europe, like a monthly fee instead of paying a fee per charge. I heard TD has something like this. Any fellow hosers know about any banks that better then the others?
thanks

I used CIBC chequing account travelling around Europe... took large amoutn of money (hid most of it away) at one time to lower the transaction charges. (not sure what the rate was though)

I found that Coast Capital Savings has a deal that you pay $17 and you get 8 atm tranactions abroad and then $4 each after the 8. But the $17 fee is waived if you keep a balance of $5,000
