Hmm, according to the BBC version, he was fired:
Quote:
They added that he had recently been fired from his job because he kept missing work to play computer games.
Either way, this was a successful extraction from the gene pool. Shut-ins who eat 3 boxes of Krispy Kreme while glued to a couch - YOU'RE NEXT.

um what if I am sitting in my computer chair eating three boxes of krispy kreme BUT instead of gaming I am posting?

Do I still qualify as a "loser deserving death so I won't reproduce"?

I wonder what drives him to go on. He must have felt the exhaustion but still kept plugging away. I mean, he did it to the point of death.

Crazy...

To much time in front of the computer aye? Well..

I was reading a article a while back about a guy who loved to play one of them MMORPG games where you build a character in a virtual world and collect items etc

Anyway, he quit his job and started to play non-stop until he had heaps of items to sell on ebay. He turned into a millionaire by the time his business folded and through out the business's life he even had employees sitting there playing the games and getting items to sell. He only stopped when the billion other people started doing it and that dropped the item prices to make it not worth his while.

Another point:

I work from home on my computer and the flexability is great. I work when and where (wireless laptop) i want and earn $180 a week. Last month i spent a whole 2 hours working... when i was working fulltime i was earning $500 for 5 days work. I know which one id rather do...
