I just got accepted to a study abroad program with CEA. Its in the spring of '07 to Seville. I have been looking at the requirments to apply for the student visa, and all I have to say is that it is a "bitch"!

Sorry to hear that. Yeah burocracy is slow in any country make no mistake but hey, when you're having a blast in Seville it will all be worth it-have fun.
