AHHH. The pressure is on now folks. I have two rentals coming in this week, one on Monday and one on Tuesday.
Unit #29 is being painted as I type this and the process is not as quick as I thought it was going to be. The walls here in this country are not as flat and easy to paint as back home. I have two friends doing the painting for me, so I know that if I tell them how important it is to be finished today, they will work until it's done. I have a guy coming on Monday, so definately it means the work has to be done today, so I can have the cleaner come in tomorrow to get it all ready for him.
And #5 has a couple coming on Tuesday evening. And we haven't even started to paint that one yet. But I think I will have to put the painting on hold for this one because it just won't be done in time. Oh well, I suppose there is no real rush. As long as the people are happy that's what matters.
I guess this is where the fun starts...when there is so much going on, I just can't think!
