In case you guys haven't seen this footage, The Battle at Kruger was caught on tape by someone who was on an African Safari.

This footage is spectacular and has been seen 41 million times on Youtube and National Geographic even made a documentary out of it.

I saw the documentry about this on Nat Geo... Amazing turn of events this is.

I saw this before.. its pretty awesome. makes you wonder if animals have had large scale 'wars' the same way we do

That is a great video.

I think animals only ever war within a species. Sure other animals can be hunted, but I wouldn't call that a "war". Two wolf pack converging or two different pods of dolphins makes me think of that situation though.

WOW Tone that video was awesome!! I can't believe the calf was still alive enough to get up and walk away. Talk about a proud herd, lol. I thought for a minute they were gonna make the lions go into the water and get eaten by the crocs. that would've been cool!
