im looking at travelling to canada around this time next year to work.
ive been doing some searching on the internet and came across this website http://www.owh.com.au/ where the company organises a job and everything for you before you arrive.
my question is:
how easy is it to find work in canada?
would i be better off paying the company the $700 fee and having everything organised before i get there?
im not really fussy about the sort of work i would be doing, i'd be willing to do a bar course before i go, how easy is it to find work in the pubs over there?

Well.... I've spent a fair amount of time looking into this very issue and I can say that from what I can tell it's really not very easy to do it on your own. There are a lot of hoops to jump through and one website says that you can only get a job if you can prove that you have a skill to bring that a canadian wouldn't have. They don't want you displacing canadians looking for work basically. How long do you want to work up there?

I have to admit it really all depends on where you want to work here... some towns are easier to find work than others. I would say get them to do all the work for you... cause it's not easy. and remember that Canada is HUGE so travelling all across it isn't going to be too easy (It taken me almost 25 years LOL
