So does anyone know of the possibility of actually making a road trip down into South America... Say Rio, Brazil. I realize that it might be a little tricky there in the north of South America... but that seems like it might be interesting. Take a good month or so.
Any help would be great. Thanks y'all.

Rental Company And sir, would you prefer the twin, roof-mounted .50 caliber machine guns, or the optional dash-mounted recoiless rifle?
Sijuki I'm from the Detroit area, so I'll be packing my own heat.
Rental Company Detroit! Fagiddaboudit!

Dio baby that's me... I am gangsta. Not that I go saying I am a gangsta but if I had to pick a ghetto term, I would pick gangsta as per the definition by "Geto Boys" in the song "Damn it Feels Good to Be a Gangsta"
A real gangsta ass n*gga plays his cards right
A real gangsta ass n*gga never runs his f*cking mouth
cause real gangsta ass n*ggas don't start fights
A real gangsta ass n*gga don't flex nuts
cause real gangsta ass n*ggas know they got em
And everything is cool in the mind of a gangsta
Cause real gansta ass n*ggas think deep
Up 365, and 24/7 cause real gangsta ass n*ggas don't sleep.
I like to play my cards right, I don't run my mouth, I don't start fights, I don't act like a hard ass because I don't need to, I like to be laid back and think about stuff, and I barely sleep. So that is the only way I would ever consider myself a gangsta.
Gotta love the 'D' baby!

Why is it scary that I could quote that? You just pop on the song and bam start a typin.
But back to topic of going to South America... I read about a family that drove up to Alaska from South America, so I ought to be able to go from Detroit to like Buenos Aires or Rio De Janiero. Just have to make it through Columbia. I think I can do that... I drive pretty fast.
I don't know if I would ever actually do this, its just a thought that came to mind, and well who better to share crazy travel ideas with then you guys.
