Thumbs up Chile And Argentina 2 great stops

Ok all
1st off if you ever go to Bariloche in Argentina hit a place called 1004, its in the Lonely Planet. Its a bit of a pain in the ass to find since there are no signs for it, its on the top floor of the biggest building in town (not a very big town) however once you get there my oh my!!! It has the finest views I have ever seen in a Hostel byyyyy faarrrrr! Its not very much eaither under 10 a night and its very clean the beds are lovely really relaxed ambient atmosphere and decent balcony and the VIEW!!! Man oh man! Trust me on this one! Oh also a decent free breakfast!

Ok in Chile
If you ever make it to Talca which is Middle Chile to sample some wines or just hang out as a great stopover place for a day or 2 go to Casa Chueca. Its a ranch like thing kinda feels a bit like a commun however, the rooms are the cleanest I have seen in a hostel, comfy beds, really social social area cause everyone eats dinner together around a large table, it has a pool hammocks and bikes that you can take to the nearby vineyards. Also good views of the surrounding countryside. The only down side is the price....16 dollars for a dorm room, however for a splurge its well well wellllll worth it, also a bit out of town but thats ok cause the town is shit, and a taxi will run you about 8 bucks to get there but there is a bus going out to the region and if you call ahead (numbers in the LP) they will pick u up from the stop. I would highly reccomend this to anyone who just wants to relax for a day or 2 really good feel about the place. Also comes with a serious spread free breakfast, sooooo good
