Night Train from Paris to Munich. With short dayish at Blackforest. Then to Interlaken.
or
Night train to Freiburg/Blackforest then to Interlaken.
So If we do the first, it'll use an extra day of train. But we get to see Munich, is there alot different between the two cities besides...I dunno. Like theres castles and cathederals in/near both, right? I think Dachau is near Munich which would be a good experience. Anything...?
My stomach is hurting from a burger tonight, that's why I'm up. So far 9 pukes for the night.

Maybe theres three options.
The two i had down there and Two days in Munich two days in Freiburg/Black forest.
(the others would be like 3ish munich <1 black forest or 4 Freiburg/woods)

Hope you're feeling better, yikes.
Not having been to any of the places you mention in Germany, I can't really make a concrete suggestion, but in general, I would think it would be nice to have a little longer so you can relax a bit - especially in the Black Forest, I'm sure you'll want to do some leisurely strolling (I lie, we did drive through a bit of the Black Forest last week, but didn't stop to check it out).
No help at all, eh.

In Munich, you have castles, Dachau (I went to Auschwitz in August and it was a phenomenol experience) and beer gardens!
I absolutely LOVE Germany and would have no problems spending a bit of time there, especially in the Black Forest. If you want to do a day trip, instead of burning a day on your pass, how about you just pay for your ticket? It'll probably be worth it in the end and it'll take away that stress factor!
I would initially lean towards option number three if you have extra spending cash and the time.
